A pain to use
This app is such a headache when it comes to putting in work orders. None of the drop-down options work they all come up blank. You can at least type the description of what’s going on, but it is hard to complete the process because it is asking you to select something at the end that you can’t even see. The app is poorly made, and extremely frustrating to use.
