3 weeks and I still can’t use it
Seem like it would be good but I can’t get anyone to send me the parts to fix it. The Chat / AI support is completely worthless I have yet to have it give any help. Email support, responds but doesn’t answer questions. Looking for alternative

Scrubbing on iPhone
I give apps that service coaches/athletes/educators a lot of leeway so I’ve held on off on this review, but the lack of improvement to this app over the past year (or more) is disappointing. My number one complaint of the app (I won’t address the Sideline hardware, which is fairly unimpressive itself), is the video scrubbing. On iPhones for sure, and on some iPads it is almost impossible to fast forward or rewind through plays like a coach wants to do. It is either impossible to grab the slider button to scrub through the video. On both iPhones and iPads when you grab this slider the app either doesn’t recognize your touch, initiates the feature to show your running apps (iPhone 10 and later) or your Control Center (iOS devices with home button)(in both cases the phone is registering you swiping up), or switches you to your previously used apps. It is so frustrating in-game to constantly mess with this. It’s disappointing that this would happen on the most commonly used devices, and not have the issues ironed out after consecutive seasons. Other issues I don’t like. -Users can only set ODK while the film is running. I would like to be able to set it in between shots. -In the absence of the previous point, it would be nice to be able to edit the ODK play type. -Other sideline replay software allows you to enter much more data with each play. Down, distance, LOS, gain, loss, player, etc. It’s crazy that this company which seemingly has the HS video market cornered has not made these functions available. Couldn’t Hudl’s tagging a game and Sideline functions be combined? I’m sure it’s not easy, but it has to be doable. -better error coding and trouble shooting that point users to solutions
