Absolutely terrible horrible frustratingly useless app. I’ve been a member for two months, it still doesn’t recognize me, and every time I want to book a session I have to start at the beginning and create a new password, confirm the new password, and then and only then can I get in to book a session. There’s no number I can call to get help, and the people at the gym I use are now tired of trying to help me out, and whoever is the IT for the Alloy corporate office is the one that sent me the email to start new every time. So it takes me 10 minutes every time I want to book a session at the gym.
