only total deposits shows, no display of individual deposit, First it was showing, now not showing

there is no option to backup the data..lost data a couple of times and had to re-enter again...kept on crashing and then had to reinstall. it's a simple app and meets the requirements but again the issue is getting the data backed up in redeable format.
