All withdrawals provided for by law are available in the app and, if you need or are entitled, you can request in the App.
App features:
- Check the balance and statement of FGTS accounts;
- Option for the withdrawal system (Withdrawal-Termination or Withdrawal-Anniversary);
- Digital withdrawal for withdrawal, termination and retirement reasons with indication of deposit account (CAIXA or other banks);
- Request for withdrawal for other withdrawal reasons, with the submission of documents;
- Registration of CAIXA account or other banks, for FGTS credit in case of withdrawal;
- Authorization for consultation of FGTS information by financial institutions;
- Address update.

If you don't have a user yet, you must register a new one on the login and password screen, in the “Register” option, using your CPF and the e-mail you use the most. It's simple, fast and secure.
