The project "Immersive Reality and Technological Innovation of Astroturism" is an initiative funded by the Regional Government of Coquimbo, executed by the Central University of Chile and Digital Divide Consultants as an associated institution, thanks to the Innovation Fund for Regional Competitiveness, FIC-R year 2016.
This application invites the user, through immersive reality, to know and experience the Solar System. Giving information relevant to each planet and the sun, which will enter a solar eclipse visible from all over the Chilean territory on July 2, 2019.
Coquimbo, presents excellent weather conditions for observing the skies, making it a perfect place to admire the universe. You can observe different faint and distant objects such as star clusters, nebulae and galaxies.
