AirWatch Zebra MX Service

VMware Workspace ONE UEM introduces a service application for Zebra devices running Android KitKat (4.4) and higher. This application is a “plug-in” application that should only be installed and used in combination with enrollment of the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub. It allows for additional MDM capabilities that only pertain to Zebra devices. Some capabilities of this service include the following:
Silent application install (for Android Legacy)
Application control policies
APN configuration
MDM persistence with Enterprise Reset
OS upgrades
Date/Time configuration
Sound/Display configuration
Certificate management
Various device restrictions
Custom MX configuration
