seems like I purchased the full version before, now it's telling me I have to purchase it yet again? smells like a scam if you ask me

Google a play says this is harmful. Loved this app in the past but it stopped being able to show the light with the screen 'off', just tried it again after a while and it seems like it works again. But Google play keeps showing me warnings about it being harmful and constantly telling me I should uninstall it. Also confused why I see 2 different versions, one is 6.10 and the other I think is 1.70, those version numbers aren't even close to each other and I don't understand which is the newest
