App freezes during NUX tour
When you first log in, a new user tour starts and highlights the hamburger menu, and stays there. You can’t get out of that screen… fix the bug please!

App is buggy, can’t cancel membership through the app
The app shuts off constantly when using. I tried to cancel before the end of my free trial and the website won’t allow me to log in. It won’t send any password reset emails either. It’s 2023 and I can’t cancel in the app…seems like they intentionally made this inconvenient to just get money out of you. Won’t be using in the future.
