Needs updated
Please put out an updated firmware correcting issues. Reset barcode engine keeps failing and the batteries are fully charged. Both devices are really new. Not sure what else to do.

Good when working
The apps ok, but dealing with firmware is dangerous. I’ve seen a sled go bad from a bad/interrupted firmware update. Currently not recognizing an LP7 on an iPhone 7. Brand new just unboxed
