My mom and i both put in requests for our street to be plowed after the big snowstorm. Many days later, still no response.

Requested services not recorded in “My Requests”
The app is alright but the request submissions are becoming like cross examination questions. They ask multiple questions that are unclear and then request YES or NO responses only. Starting to feel like system to prevent requests. I understand there are lazy people out there always trying to blame someone else fir their probs but sheesh! Also , after a request is made, it doesn’t show up in the app as a recorded request. So no traceability and no accountability. Also , historically, someone closes out my requests a few minutes after I open them so as to keep the “stats” looking great. Sometimes the request is never addressed. This is not an app problem, of course but a systemic issue led by poor management.
