Used to be better
Ever since they rolled out workspace this VOIP has been near unusable some days. Update since developer response: thank you but no thank you. I believe your apology is hollow and that Aircall does not care about its service reliability or customers. That’s why after nearly an entire year of bad reviews and problems with workspace, nothing has been fixed. As of 2/4/26 texting is encountering more problems than ever. Do not use this service.

RUN AWAY!!! Don’t walk
Aircall has been a daily source of frustration for our team. We experience technical problems almost every single day, from dropped calls and unstable connections to audio quality issues that make basic conversations difficult. Sometimes when people call us, it doesn’t even ring. The platform is simply unreliable for a business phone system that’s supposed to support real client relationships. Aside from making and receiving calls themselves, another challenge is messaging. We routinely do not receive texts from important people in our professional network, which has directly impacted communication, responsiveness, and credibility. When you’re missing messages from clients, candidates, and partners, that’s not a “bug.” That’s a business risk. Overall, we’re extremely disappointed. A business phone system should create reliability and efficiency, not daily operational friction. Aircall has done the opposite. We expected enterprise-grade performance and instead received constant technical problems and communication failures.
