The QRS Finder app works fine. I’ve been an independent QRS piano technician since 2016 and have noticed a common thread among people who leave 1-Star and 2–Star reviews about the QRS Finder app. The app both works and finds the IP address ONLY if you’re connected to the right WIFI network. If you’re not connected to the CORRECT WIFI NETWORK, PLEASE RECONNECT TO THE CORRECT WIFI NETWORK AND TRY AGAIN. This applies to all QRS Wireless systems including the PNO2, PNO3, and PNO4 wireless processors. Also, if you have a super high tech home WiFi system that costs $1000s of dollars, set the channel down to <2.5 GHz so QRS can actually find your network and stay connected.
