Misleading & Poor Service

I had a terrible experience with FlexShopper. After verifying my info, the app said I had a credit limit and could make a purchase. I placed an order and it even told me I could pick it up the next day. Then out of nowhere, they said the order needed to be “verified again” after already charging my card for the initial payment. I got an email requesting my bank information and driver’s license after the order was placed and the money was taken. Then they suddenly tell me they “can’t work with my bank.” Why didn’t they figure that out before approving me for a limit and charging me? Customer service was no help either — slow, dismissive, and frustrating. The whole process felt like a bait and switch. Be very cautious before using this app.
