I have used this service for years and have paid off more than six accounts early or on time. As a consistent and responsible customer, I expected professionalism and basic respect when I needed help. Instead, I dealt with dismissive customer service, calls being disconnected, and chat sessions being closed without my issue being resolved. When I raised legitimate concerns, the response was not helpful and felt dismissive. Customers should also know that this company no longer reports positive payment history to the credit bureaus. They only report negative marks. If you are signing up expecting to build credit through on-time payments, you should confirm their current reporting policies first. After years of being a responsible customer, this experience has significantly reduced my trust in the company, and I can no longer recommend this service. I am aware that the company typically responds to negative reviews with a generic request to contact customer support. I have already attempted to resolve my concerns through both phone and live chat without success. I would appreciate a meaningful resolution rather than a standard automated response.
