DO NOT US ETHIS BANK !
I just opened the EQ account transferred $15,000. It took almost a week to arrive even though it was from another Canadian bank. Now they’re trying to flag my account as fraud and they’re gonna hold my money for at least another week. I’m in the middle of starting a business I need to completely screwed me over. No customer service no resolution literally stealing my money. UPDATE TI RESPONSE ! I have been calling every single day going on two weeks now with this garbage van handing my 15k ! 0 customer service, and illegally holding my money. I’ll be filing a law suit and making this as public as possible. See you in court

No longer works with older iPhones
The app now crashes immediately upon start up. This is particularly the case for older iPhone users who are running iOS 16 or earlier.Please fix this bug, unless it is the intention of EQ to not allow all account holders to access the app if they have older iPhones?
