Customer support is seriously lacking, have tried getting in contact with an agent for two days to adjust my flight and haven’t heard back or even been given an estimated time for pickup.

Credit Displayed at Checkout but Not Applied
I’ve used Navan for years and have generally had a positive experience. However, I encountered a repeated issue when applying an airline credit. On two separate bookings, the checkout screen showed the credit applied and displayed a $0 total. In both cases, the ticket ultimately issued without the credit attached. One involved a partner airline itinerary and another involved a departure outside the one-year travel window. The system did not flag these restrictions before checkout, which directly influenced my itinerary decisions. I understand airline policy constraints, but displaying a credit as applied at checkout when it cannot actually be issued undermines trust in the pricing flow. After multiple instances and a financial loss due to expiration, I’ve decided not to use the platform for personal travel and will book direct with airlines going forward.
