Still a mess

This app has been a mess for years, they just keep changing where the mess is. It’s continually buggy. While they have made huge improvements on receipt correlation and expense type predictions, it’s still a joke to book travel through, because of restrictions that SAP places, then has an error for that loops back to their restriction. Most recently, in trying to finalize a trip, it requires inputting additional information fields that are preset in the app. After selecting their options, it then says that the items selected have an error and it can’t finalize the trip. I tried all the selection combinations and still receive the same error. It’s their system, and it doesn’t work. In a couple months it will be a different bug/error…

Why are people ging this app 5 stars???

This app is so bad that it’s just unbelievable. The programmers working on this should be terminated immediately. They manage to create new issues and bugs every single time they come out with an update. It’s shameful. The Expenselt feature hasn’t been working since a long time. Just recently when trying to create a a manual expense the list of available expense type remains empty. Downloaded the new app with “various bugs fixed” (why can’t you simple specify WHAT you fixed ??!!). Of course this latest bug wasn’t addressed. Since several months when trying to upload receipts it won’t work if the app is not open. And there’s much more … Sad. Incompetence all over. Why it’s my company waisting their money on such horribly low quality performance…

Seems to be developed by junior high. Constant glitches and crashes, for example when export Uber receipt to Concur, crashes most of time. Interface looks like two generation behind. Do you even test it?
