Needs continual improvements
The app has great potential, but it’s clunky. The GPS lags and doesn’t work properly, and the app often freezes or shows buses in the wrong location. I’ve had to constantly close and reopen it just to get it to function. Another downside is that it doesn’t include any of the blue EV buses operated by Thai Smile Bus, which is a shame. They use a separate app that’s only in Thai, making it tough for all the expats living in Bangkok. Overall, it’s a frustrating experience and needs a lot of improvement. These issues happen with the free version, so I definitely wouldn’t upgrade.
