This app is terrible
So confusing and hard to navigate. Doesn’t really tell you anything and is very basic. Am loving the service, but the app is shockingly bad.

Horrible Application
Twigby works well but the application is horrible. 1. I was not able use my 1st SIM card then I ordered the 2nd SIM. 2. Second sim also was also complaining that the phone is locked to some other provider. There no problem with the phone as I can use AirTel (India), T-Mobile and US mobile. The customer service fixed the issue. 3. I am using iPhone 7 and iPhone 10. When you click on Add a line—>referral rewards—>Print. Then the window pops up and stays like that. Even if you quit the application then also it will pop up. It is very frustrating and annoying. The only to get out of that situation is deleting the application and reinstalling it. Horrible!!!
