Port over number
I started mingle service on 6/3/25 and ported my number to them On 6/4/25 my service was disconnected saying I had to renew service while traveling with my son. Customer service was no help. They say it would be 3-6 hours reply through the chat. So the next day I recieved and emailed from them. Replied telling them of the situation on why my service was disconnected the next day on 6/4/25.Didn’t get a reply until the week of 6/25/25 by email saying they made a mistake and to call them. I saw the email on 7/1/25. I called and they say they fixed the issue and they will turned the service back on 7/1/25 service is on. 7/2/25 I logged into app and it show service about to be disconnected on 7/3/25 what I was told. She look at the account and said she is going to refer to the “TEAM” and they will get back with me.After 3days without a phone. I had to get a new service and a new number and had to change everything that had my number attached to it and I’m still doing it to this day 7/2/25 because new things keep popping up it like never ending smh. I will update the outcome as I receive it.

Terrible Service – No Support for Non-English Speakers
I had the worst experience with Mingle. I purchased an eSIM and requested to keep my number, but when I contacted them to activate my line and explained that I don’t speak English, they didn’t even bother to offer a translator or any solution. Instead, they just canceled my request without any effort to help. This is completely unacceptable for a service provider. If you can’t support your customers or provide basic assistance, you shouldn’t be in business. Very disappointed. 0/10
