Hard to use

I’ve not been able to activate my C2 E2 badge via the app or online at C2e226.coOM/activate. Please test your apps before you tell people to use them. I can’t read half of the descriptions in my attempt to register using the app because all your letters are in white and you have the C2 E2 background which has big letters in white so that makes any descriptions disappear. When I say, I forgot my password and need a code you sent it to my email, but it doesn’t come for many many minutes later, which is too late for my attention span. actually I didn’t get a code for more than 15 minutes so that’s tells me you’re sending codes doesn’t work. You should be sending codes to a phone number. Texting me, is faster and more efficient. I have emailed management about this concern. Still have not received a response and it’s been several days. Please send this response to management so they can ensure development in testing gets it right going forward. Thank you.

Badge activation

Could not activate my badge because they have white lettering on a white background so I could not read what I was supposed to be putting in the boxes.
