Frustrating is an understatement!
This app is used for communicating with a specialist I see. My PCP uses Epic, which seems to be the gold standard healthcare portal app. This app, Klara, falls well short. My biggest complaint, like everyone in recent reviews, is that the app makes me sign in every single time, even if I last used it a minute or two ago and then go back in. The "keep me signed in for 30 days" button is a joke that makes users want to go postal, BECAUSE IT IS A LIE AND DOES NOT WORK. The least they could do is make it not require 30+ seconds of multi factor authentication and DOB verification each time, And letting users set up a username and password instead. That would at least make signing in each time less rage-inducing.
