QNB mobile Token is a convenient and secure solution for generating One Time Password (OTP) needed to securely authorize some of QNB online banking transactions without the need to carry a physical token device.
This application needs first to be activated following simple steps reflected on the application help. No internet access is required to use the application after its activation

DOES NOT WORK WITH IPHONE 13!
This token does not work with iphone 13. Everytime I come to use it with an online transfer I need to activate it from the website. So with each bank transfer you have to reactivate the token again. Contacted the bank so many times and the answer was “it does not work with iphone 13! Hahaa”

Not working Token QNBAlahli
It is difficult to activate this token. I contacted the bank more than 20 times, wait for 40 minutes till someone answer me, then they activate the token and tested it but their website qnbalahli internet banking can not accept the otp of that token at all. Very bad and stupid system! Update: may2021 I still can not activate it, through calling the customer service or the new online activation on the internet banking.
