Residents and citizens can benefit from it by downloading and registering the wallet using their QID and mobile number while visitors can register using their passport and mobile number. The product offers a variety of functions including transfers between two individuals, payments using Quick Response (QR) codes and payments to merchants. Very frustrating app to use

App is very frustrating to use, can't get past registration, card optical verification is very finicky, and when it works I always fail at the take selfie part, no clear instructions are given, I do not know what to take a selfie of? Only my face? Holding my card? Why is there no alternative verification? Call center was not helpful as their only assistance waa: remove the app and install it again, with no option to process verification from the backend... Till now the app is useless to me in it's current registration state
