Totally useless and no support
I own a Kenmore washer and dryer set purchased in 2021 that advertises compatibility with this app. Early on I didn’t try to set up the app, but now that I am, it’s not working. It connects to the dryer but never updates its “last run” date from months ago. It won’t connect to the washer at all. I followed the in-app link to email for support, but the email went unanswered. Now that Kenmore is no longer owned by Sears, I think that app support and customer service have gone down the tubes!
