Not Sophisticated, but functional
First off, the user experience is very poor: username non-retention, hidden buttons on some pages/windows (you literally have to just press somewhere at the bottom for Home, Maintenance, Billing/Payment, and Account screens), and the various function screens don’t fit completely within my iPhone SE screen, with some and you cannot zoom in/out. That said, when you do manage to get to a function (I.e., Billing) they actually work well. My Rent has never been late, and my banking info has always been retained (important items).

Doesn't work
When I open the app. There's a loading icon on the sign in page. It never stops and I'm not able to log in it's been going on for months. I have to use the browser version instead!
