Unable to make rental payments online. Only page that’s loading is the automotive text screen. This is frustrating.

App doesn't work
This app has been showing a blank white screen for the last 48 hours so I've been unable to make any payments through it. Their support is about as unhelpful as my landlord in resolving the issue.
