No online shopping
The button for “shop online” just opens a page in web browser. Immediately deleted as that was the only reason I downloaded. Might be helpful for other things like prescriptions or points, but I really can’t say.

Don’t use for “quick refills” on prescriptions
My prescriptions are rarely ready on time, regardless of when I submit a refill request via the app. It’s so bad that today I finally just asked the pharmacist if I should even use the app for refills and she flat out said no. As for the rest of the app, it’s not particularly user friendly.
