It’s not all that great.
App basically is only good for checking schedules. Other than that you have to use the main website. So to change personal info or availability it’s useless. I only have it because my agency is using it. Otherwise it would not be my first choice.

A bit clunky
The refresh every time you go back to the app/assignment is a little frustrating. I’m often in buildings that don’t have great cell reception and, as a contractor, connecting to the wifi isn’t always possible, so having to let it load again can take minutes sometimes. I frequently need to reference the specifics of the assignment to get the POC/consumers’ names, room location, etc. The other thing I would like to see is to have some color variation on the Service Request Details screen. Even something as simple as an alternating white and light blue color scheme line-by-line would be nice with the detail labels on the left (event name, date, POC) in a bold or larger font. Even more preferable would be to color code those details following the same color scheme as the icons on the summary page for the assignment (pink for POC, orange for consumers, green for service providers, etc.).
