“New page viewers” shouldn’t be a premium feature
Like other website live chat services, Chaport should endeavor to give updates on daily page visitors and alert you when you have viewers on your page. It’ll boost the reach of this wonderful service.

We can’t get the iOS app to notify us of an incoming chat, unless we have the phone active and open to the Chaport app. It is not at all the mobile solution we need. We’ve tried to contact someone at Chaport repeatedly to ask about their options and if upgrading would resolve this, but no one is ever available.
