Cannot get support
Doesn’t work with phone queues. Can’t get problems escalated
I don’t know if this is because 8x8 bought Fuze. My Fuze app does not receive calls fro my phone queue at work. My supervisor put in a ticket, and Fuze directed me to enter a problem on the app. So far nothing except Fuze telling us that it went to level 2 and now no one knows who we can contact for resolution.
