Got better, but now it’s worse. Avoid.
An update for 2026: I have removed this app from my phone as it continues to mess with my default calling app without my consent. It used to be good about keeping my work calls and personal calls separate, but not anymore, so it’s gone. Previous review: 8x8 doesn’t seem to understand what the phrase “Do Not Disturb” means. I am an Administrator in the system, so 8x8 spams me with multiple notifications about issues over the weekend even though I have DND enabled. Plus, they send out too many notifications about the same issue. I had 16 notifications this morning! 16! News flash for 8x8 - our organization has our cell phone numbers, so if stuff is really broken after hours, they call our cell phones!!! Also, we do not use Contact Center, so I don’t care if that is broken! Come on, it’s 2023, it should be very easy to customize the notifications to exclude things you are not interested in!

This app blocks all personal calls emails and texts during business hours! Also it limits what WiFi I use all of the time. I really strongly dislike this app and would delete if I could!
