It is been more than three months Wi-Fi is not connected and I am paying more money to FPL every month. I called multiple times and they didn't pick up the phone after long time waiting. Any way, I spoke with someone last week and no solution, now they asking me sign in from different phones I don't have have any other phone. It seems it is a fraud, just want me to pay more money
