Do Not Purchase
This app is one of the most terribly supported programs we have ever used. It is ridiculously over priced for the lack of quality and headaches it causes for or field technicians. From connectivity issues to freezing mid-proposal, mid-invoice or just about to email a proposal or invoice. I have tussled with technical support for 2 years now and we are officially moving on from this terrible field service application. I would not suggest you buy into this program unless you want to look forward to a slew of inconvenience and headaches.
