Not a good app

I hate when I look up condensers units there’s no pricing all of sudden. At least when it said 9,9999 I knew I couldn’t get ahold of it. We’ve done 10 installs this month and I’ve been outsourcing equipment from other distributors because of legacy Bryant pricing on 5 to. Heat pump 7500 for a condenser. I’m trying my hardest to want to become dealer but I think it’s not in my better interest as a company owner to promote your product anymore. Not only picked up equipment yesterday. Took them 40 minutes to bring it to the truck. I was the only guy waiting in line for equipment at the time. I’ve always been a fan of Bryant /carrier but I’m changing my mindset lately. Don’t get me wrong getting quotes and availability on certain products has slightly gotten better. App slow and just doesn’t perform well
