Good but…

The app is good, it works, but has many flaws. Sometimes in the middle of a workout it resets the progress of the session when switching between apps. Also I wish there were more Weight programs

Great app with good workouts

I have been using this app and the hería pro app to do hiit workouts for a while now and the only thing I would change about this app is the ability to modify existing workouts with exercises that fit your current equipment better or personal preference. Personally I love the workouts and I am getting stronger but I do sometimes wish I could customize the workouts and change certain exercises within workouts to fit my preference a little more. I think the coolest addition would be if there were an option to use a template of Chris’s workout and then have options of similar exercises to substitute out for a certain movement that you might not have the equipment for, or the strength/coordination to do it properly yet. Overall a great app though. I have been following Chris hería for years on YouTube and love the calisthenics philosophy.
