About Fasttrak Driver App
Once a driver begins a trip (En Route Status), the driver and trip will become "Active", capturing driver status and location for use within the dispatch software. The driver will have the ability to set the appropriate trip status throughout the trip, including On Location, On Board and Dropped. Drivers will also have the ability to set exception statuses including No Show.
Additional driver functionality includes trip messaging, trip ticket view, call/message initiated from app, passenger greet sign display, driver expense management, driver return time and trip mileage completion.

Print trip ticket????
Perhaps I’m missing something … noticed that there is no way to print trip ticket from iPhone!!!

Could not function without it
Been using this app for a few years to dispatch trips to our 25 drivers. They confirm their work on the app and use it to update their status which in turn updates on our dispatch board and also notifies our passengers via text msg. They also have ability to notify us of changes such as xtra stops, tolls and waiting time. The app also shows a pic of our drivers for identity purposes at airports. It takes a little training and getting used to but works well for us
