About Unsquared For Instagram
With unsquared, you will be able to post panoramic pictures in full size on Instagram without having to squeeze them in a single square frame.
Unsquare your picture in two simple steps:
- Take a picture from the app or choose one from your library,
- Set the number of pieces you want to split your picture into and adjust the cropping window accordingly.
Once you're done, the picture is divided and the pieces are saved to your library.
You can then go on Instagram and share all of them in a single post using the Slideshow feature.

Please fix these bugs
I’m not sure if it’s just my iPhone since I updated to IOS 26 recently and I heard it messes up the phones, but I’ve been having bugs with this app for about 2 weeks now. Every time I go to split a photo it just freezes to a blank black screen after I select the photo I want to split. I’ve been using this app for years and never had a problem with it until now, I’ve had to resort to using other apps that are more time consuming because I have to watch adds every time and they lower the quality of the photos. If this is an issue with the app I hope it can get fixed soon.

Questionable exports
The app has one single job, export in a perfect 1x1 ratio. Often I find that it exports photos with a 1 or 2px difference between the width and height causing Instagram to add white lines inbetween my slides.
