Unstable, updates never improve a thing

I’ve been forced to use this app for several years (my job requires it). If anything, it has gotten more awful with time and updates. Incredibly unstable, locks up/kicks me out/loses settings CONSTANTLY. I’m typing this only to delay the horror of logging in again. It is the worst. If your company is considering using ISM, run.

Horrible unfriendly app

Constant issues, horrible interface always getting kicked out. Can’t load multiple pictures or attachments for work orders. Not user friendly. Clock into call and clocks me out after a few minutes. Not sure how this app even exist. Pure garbage
