The truth of the matter is this tool is almost how I would design the app from the field perspective, taking into account office needs. It has all the functionality a truly versatile tool with the exception of training for the office from an engineering standpoint. This allows full customization of workflow and how it is accomplished but most technicians don’t have the ability to clearly express what their workflow is and most office personnel only see the result of that workflow, not how it is accomplished. This leads to a massive disconnect in how the app is structured from administrator to administrator. What the app needs is an engineering ai with good predictability patterns in conversation, like gpt 5.1, to help 1) generate the workflow summaries And 2) take a few thousand hours of existing invoices and see what your companies actual workflow is. When you sync technician behavior with technical pathways you produce an application that is suddenly 10x more Efficient than anything else on the market. When this app is sold to a company on the enterprise level this could be accomplished by charging a one time mapping fee that you then generate a couple recommended workflow patterns from. It would work then for both field and technical use.

Garbage.
Hot garbage. Silly app. No customer wants to read all of the fluff. Just wants the main info. Waste of time.
