DEVELOPER'S NOTES:
- Chef Wars is free to play with optional in-app purchases. Purchases are NOT needed to finish the game!
- You also don't need to register an account and go online to play, but doing so gives access to friend rankings, global leaderboards, and access to your in-app purchases like premium chefs and skins.
- As of initial release, we have a huge world map covering Europe and Asia! We hope to add more features, regions, chefs and recipes over time!
- The game is only available in English right now, but we plan to add more translations in the future.

No longer works. I wish they’d re-release it!
This is one of the best food/cooking games I’ve played. Unfortunately the developers abandoned it. You can earn gems offline but you can’t spend them - so no extra recipe slots or 3rd traits :( But if you want to play on super hard mode, you’ll learn so much about regional cuisine and geography.

I love this game, absolutely adore it. I keep coming back every few years to play it. I love the story and the characters, the art style is adorable and everything is just so fun. It’s a pretty punish free system if you fail a level. WHAT USED TO BE my only issue with this game is when it crashes. Normally I don’t care- I don’t loose much. Until I’m at the cheffy awards. First year in game, I was invited to the awards and I won French hero. Early in game that’s a huge boost to your resources, between the cash and the fame. But it crashed during the awards and I lost my win. It didn’t restart the day either, it counted the awards day but didn’t count my win. :/ Not a huge deal but after happened repeatedly, it gets extremely frustrating. Yes I realize this game hasn’t been updated in like 5 years but stilllll. It’s part of the reason I stop playing every time. But what I thought was an Internet issue at the time was an issue with the game. You cannot connect to the internet- which means no saving, no buying gems or anything gem related. Seems like no problem at first. Except you need gems to unlock trait 3 for chefs, unlocking new recipe slots, learning old recipes back, stuff like that <.< it makes the game super difficult to progress anymore. Why did the devs abandon such a gem?
