Horrible App. Extremely inconsistent.
This is a horrible app. My property manager doesn’t respond on time. I’m always locked out and have to update my password even though I access the app regularly. Beware before downloading. If your property manager is using this app I’d be cautious going forward!

Allowed Tenant to dispute charges after I evicted them and never asked if it was valid
I had to evict the tenant for no payment 2 months after they reversed charges made to Buildium for the deposit. Well, they’ve been out about two weeks now and disputed this charge for $219 and Buildium gave it to them. I’ll call Monday and find out what protections they give us is paying customers. Which from the looks of it isn’t anything.. consider considering the total amount that they have reversed and disputed is about $2000.
