Level Sense Sump Pump and Basement Monitor will report high level, power outage, leak detection, high & low temperature, high & low humidity, and will even allow you to watch the water level movement (and thus pump operation) in your sump online. Hardware can be purchased through the Level-Sense iOS app if not already installed.

You can receive E-Mail, Voice, and Text Alerts anywhere in the world to alert you if there is a situation with water back-up in the basement. Level Sense also has a local siren built into the unit. The built in humidity detection will assist in guarding against basement mold and is a useful instrument to determine if there is water coming through the foundation of your property. Level Sense is also deployed with water heaters and condensate back-up systems.

The app provides useful charts of the water level, back-up battery strength, Wi-Fi signal strength, historical alarm logs, temperature and humidity graphs. You can change notifications and contacts information on the go with the app, removing and adding contacts to your needs.
