Usage data not useful
I wanted to use the app to monitor gas usage but the app or the data supplied by the boiler is corrupt. Hot water & heat volumes are no where near actual. I have contacted NTI about these issues with promises of help which has never shown up via email. Our local installation group has been of no help with the online aspects of NTI products. Would not recommend at this point,

Poor App Execution
Recently got an NTI TFTN boiler and am impressed with it but very disappointed in the app. First off, it crashes on startup quite often. The interface is super dated and doesn’t at all align with the interface on the boiler or give me nearly the amount of insight or control. Why not just replicate the boiler touchscreen interface on the app? I’d like to see the boiler dashboard on the app and all the various drill down menus. Instead the app (when it opens) shows me a home screen that has nothing to do with my system and doesn’t display all my zones. It’s junk.
