Please Fix!! Next button greyed out!

As others have mentioned. The next button is greyed out and will not let me get past the connect to oven wifi step. Please fix!!!!!

Please make the SmartHQ App available for AppleID users who are living in the Caribbean but whose region is set to other countries!!! I bought this range and now I ant use the Airfryer because of an APP!!! It’s ridiculous!!! Or tell me how to disconnect the need for Wi-Fi to use my airfryer!!!

App does not connect to GE appliance

The next button stays grayed out even when my phone is connected to the Oven network. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Useless app if this basic issue is not fixed even after reporting by many folks.

Next Greyed Out

Like the other reviewers, the app doesn’t work at all. Connects to the range fine, but the next button is greyed out. For a company the size of GE, I’m shocked that they haven’t upgraded the app in so long, and I’ve read that in order to get the update app to work, I have to be running iOS 12 OR LOWER. Now that I know GE doesn’t plan on supporting appliance firmware for more than 5 years, I won’t be buying them again. If you’re thinking of buying a “smart” GE appliance, don’t expect them to support it, so go with something that isn’t GE/haier… Either update the app, or offer an alternative to update, GE. Very disappointing, and just shows how old GE management is when it comes to technology…. “Make them buy a new one in 5 years..”

Doesn’t work

Like the other review. Same exact problem. Stays greeted out and won’t move forward. Unable to connect smart appliance at all.
