Unable to register new mobile phone

My SmartHQ was working fine until I purchased my new mobile phone using the same phone number, when I go to log in it says device not registered and when I log into the portal I’m unable to gain access to my technician information. You can’t call anyone you can only send an email and receive an automated response which does not address my unique issue. This is not good for a service that I’m paying $600 a year for. So I have no choice but to cancel my subscription, and I didn’t receive a confirmation for that. Hopefully this can be resolved so that I can resume using my SmartHQ again. I have renewed confidence once again in GE smart Hq. The problem has been resolved :)

Couldn’t operate without SmartHQ
