Time waster
Takes forever to set up compared to being able to just throw some quarters in the machine or pay with a card. Another app added to your phone you’ll only use once and a login you’ll never remember.

Locked out of my account money inaccessible
I went down to do my laundry and put all my clothes in the machine added detergent and I opened the app to find that I was signed out. I put in my account information to sign back in and it said invalid credentials. I hit the reset password link WHICH DOESN’T WORK I did not receive an email to reset the password and now I can’t get back into my account, I can’t wash my clothes, and I can’t get my MONEY BACK that is on my account. So beyond frustrated what a horrible implementation of a plan for an app. update: issue has not been fixed despite months of effort so i’m submitting a dispute
