The app won’t update the battery Level unless you close the app and open it back again.

A must have
I added the iVolt Pro to my U3000. It came with a app that a 5th grader could use. When I was stopped by the police they often ask you to turn off your car. With the EXTERNAL BATTERY I am able to keep recording when the car is off. I will never have a Dash cam without a external battery and nor should you!
