I was looking for a texting app for the business so customers would stop texting the owner on his personal phone. Numa was just the ticket! No more business texts on the weekend. But also I love being able to text customers when their orders are ready, and they seem to prefer it too. I didn’t think I needed the voicemail functions, but now that I have it set up - it’s awesome! It transcribes voice mail and send it’s to your app. I can now manage all communication from my mobile phone and know who’s calling when we are closed or out of the office. Thank you Numa!
